Laminar Air Flow System

Application

The laminar air flow is designed to provide a very high degree of protection for operation theatres and creates an environment free from biological and participate contamination. Operation theatres require control of air borne contamination to prevent damage to part or a hazard to health. Ambient air is drawn through a pre –filter which is introduced in the work area through the HEPA filter. The average velocity in the work area is maintain between 0.5 & 0.5 m/sec. Air cleanliness in the work area is better that class 3.5 (100) in accordance with U.S fed. Standards 209 a. A poly carbonate hood is provided on top of table.

Since every O.T is unique in size, setup etc. We send in team of trained to do a feasibility study before arriving to a solution, the criteria being optimum size of the laminar air flow required for O.T uttermost care is taken to avoid interference in the regular functioning of the O.T timely maintenance procedures are carried out by our technical staff.
